✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards and digital products.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage not due to manufacturing defects.

🔁 Exchanges

• We offer free one-time exchanges for the same product in a different size or color.
• If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

💵 Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
• Returns will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item(s).
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
• Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

📦 Return Shipping Fees

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong product), we cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• We can provide a prepaid return label upon request, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

🌍 International Returns

• Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

• We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged during transit.
